Unternehmenstheater spricht sozial und emotional an, macht sichtbar, sinnlich erfahrbar. Verantwortlich für die Inhalte „auf der Bühne“ sind sowohl die Schauspieler*innen als auch die Zuschauer*innen.

Die SchauspielerInnen bieten durch Szenen und Figuren den Zuschauer*innen eine Projektionsfläche für ihre individuelle Erfahrungswelt an.

Dabei wechseln die Schauspieler*innen zwischen Spiel und Moderation und geben den ZuschauerInnen die Möglichkeit, auch selber mitzuspielen und eine Szene zu unterstützen oder das Ende einer Szene zu bestimmen.

Der Dialog zwischen Zuschauer*innen und Schauspieler*innen und zugleich auch zwischen den ZuschauerInnen untereinander gibt die Chance zur Veränderung.

Das, was auf der Bühne passiert, kann ein Spiegel für die Zuschauer*innen sein und Fragen aufwerfen wie: Welche Werte leben oder verfolgen wir? Wie kommunizieren wir miteinander? Welche Konflikte gibt es?

Durch die Interventionsmöglichkeit können direkt umsetzbare Ideen herauskommen und die Möglichkeit für die Zuschauer*innen bieten, eigene Einstellungen, Werte und das Verhalten zu reflektieren.

Forumtheater ist eine besondere Form des Unternehmnetheaters. Diese Form ist angelehnt an das Theater von Augusto Boal und kann ein Spiegel des Bestehenden sein.

Durch Szenen, die vorher grob inszeniert werden, werden bestimmte Konflikte/Thematiken angesprochen. Diese werden mit den Zuschauer*innen aktiv besprochen und reflektiert. Anschließend erarbeiten wir neue Lösungsmöglichkeiten und erproben das neu gewählte Verhalten szenisch auf der Bühne mit Hilfe der Zuschauer*innen.

Ist spontanes Theater im „Hier und Jetzt“. Ist Theater mit dem Publikum.

Ohne auswendig gelernten Text, ohne Bühnenbild, selten mit Requisiten oder Kostüm sagen wir grundsätzlich (im übertragenen Sinne) zu dem, was uns gegeben wird „Ja!“ und bespielen die Bühne nach den Vorgaben des Publikums.

Wir fragen zum Beispiel nach einer Beziehung zwischen zwei Menschen (die ZuschauerInnen rufen dann zum Beispiel „Mutter-Tochter“ auf die Bühne) oder einem Ort (zum Beispiel „in einem Park“ oder „in einem Labor“). Aus diesen Vorgaben bauen wir spontan Szenen und erzählen so auf der Bühne längere oder kürzere Geschichten. Diese können lustig oder traurig sein aber auch mal provokant sein oder zum Nachdenken anregen. In jedem Fall unterhalten, berühren, reflektieren und bewegen.

Beim Improtheater gibt es auch neben „freien Szenen“ (hier werden nur die Vorgaben des Publikums verwendet) viele „Spiele“, die einen Rahmen vorgeben und die SpielerInnen sprachlich, körperlich oder pantomimisch herausfordern und die Zuschauenden durch ihre Vorgaben mit einbeziehen.
